Dr. Hamed Hozhabr is a highly skilled general dentist who brings a wealth of experience to his practice in Canada. Originally trained as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Iran, Dr. Hozhabr has been in the field since 2013, where he achieved the first rank in the board of oral and maxillofacial surgery in Iran among all candidates. His dedication to his craft earned him multiple accolades, including awards for Excellence in Oral Surgery from the president of Iran.
After moving to Canada in 2021, Dr. Hozhabr now practices as a general dentist, with his work focused on oral surgery, implants, and various types of oral surgery procedures. Throughout his career, he has placed 13,000 implants in complex and referral cases, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to patient care.
Dr. Hozhabr also contributes to the education of future dental professionals as a Clinical Instructor at UBC, where his expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery is recognized and valued.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Hozhabr is passionate about the rescue of animals and enjoys camping and hiking in his free time.
